Healthcare
Project Arogaya
With a vision to increase access to quality healthcare services and enhancing health seeking behavior among community people in CSR operational areas, Project Arogaya was launched in line with the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG - 03) with a broad aim to improve the quality of health of community members through preventive, curative, and referral measures. The project touched lives of about 11415 people with initiatives such as health camps, mother and child health care needs, awareness programs and nukkad natak, training programs to health workers, sanitation drives, etc and was implemented in CSR villages in Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, and Jajpur districts of Odisha.
Women Empowerment
Project Jivika
This project is committed to working for the socio-economic empowerment of women by enhancing vocational skills and livelihood opportunities in rural areas of the country. Creation of sustainable livelihood opportunities for women are not only critical to help women gain financial independence, and lift themselves and their families out of poverty, but also for their social upliftment and empowerment. By enhancing technical capacity, entrepreneurship, and business skills of young women through short duration vocational training programs in areas of tailoring and masala production, the project has contributed to SDG goals 01 (no poverty), SDG 05 (gender equality), and SDG 08 (decent work and economic growth).
Water & Sanitation
Project Nirmal School
This project is committed to providing basic facilities like drinking water and hygiene are essential for their health and educational continuity. Project Nirmal School is to be taken up in line with the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 04 and SDG 06) with a broad aim to promote health and hygiene among students in schools. Apart from this initiative, water facilities are provided to villagers in Bhimtangar through electric water pumps.

Project Wash
With an aim to promote hygiene and sanitation by making communities open defecation free, Project Wash was launched in alignment with Government of India’s Swatchh Bharat Mission. In view of the same, and SDG 06, this project aims at constructing community toilets to promote Swatchh Bharat Mission and ODF by promoting safe sanitation in CSR communities which will help reduce related diseases. Moreover, with focus on women safety, the project proposes separate toilets for men and women.

Project Shiksha Sarthi
Project Shiksha Sarthi was initiated as a CSR initiative to improve access to quality education in villages of Jajpur & Dhenkanal districts of Odisha. It undertook school repair and renovation work of 02 community schools for safe infrastructure development. Additionally, the school management committees of both schools were reactivated, stress was laid on strengthening quality education. Under the project, children were supported with teaching learning material, basic school needs, drinking water facility, and lavatory. Additionally, both schools were equipped with smart TV and Wifi installation for promotion of e-learning - thereby helping in ensuring a safe environment at schools for quality learning and development.

Joy of Learning
CSR team FACOR organises events to spread happiness among school children in CSR villages in which children are supported with study kits to improve quality education. Fruit saplings are also provided for highlighting themes of environment and nutrition importance. The project supported 120 children with 1 study kit each.
Community Infrastructure Development
Village Illumination
This project is designed to install solar streetlights to improve visibility and safety in core villages of 06 Gram Panchayats. Moreover, this initiative will also help promote use of sustainable sources of energy to move towards reducing carbon emission in the environment.

Construction of Gram Chaupals
Considering promotion of local culture, gram chaupals were constructed within villages in mines areas along with paintings on general awareness and government programs. These platforms will also serve as local points for community programs and training.
Covid Initiatives
Covid Awareness Rath
As an initiative to combat rising cases of Omicron in Odisha, Covid Awareness Rath was organised to create awareness on Covid SOPs & vaccination through audio visual support (Banners, loudspeaker announcement, pamphlets) in 09 villages. It also distributed 10000 masks, sanitizers, and village sanitization of public places using sodium hypochlorite and bleaching powder.

Community Healthcare Centers
FACOR provided Community health centers (03 Bhadrak and 03 Sukhinda) with 06 oxygen concentrators amid rising Omicron cases.

Pre & Post Covid Management Training
Training programs were organised on ‘Pre & Post Covid’19 Management, with 52 Health Care Workers from Kalaipani and Gurujang Gram Panchayat by providing training to the participants on the critical subject along with distribution of Covid safety kits.

Support to Schools
To ensure safety of children with reopening of schools in Odisha, FACOR supported 09 local schools in Jajpur & Bhadrak with Covid protection essentials such as masks, sanitizers, , thermal gun, oxy-pulse meter, sodium hypochlorite, battery operated sanitizer machine and bleaching powder sanitization of school premises.
